Delete your Vidya Vault account
Vidya Vault accounts are created by a school's administrator, so an account is removed by the school or by us at the school's request.
How to ask for deletion
- Either ask your school's Vidya Vault administrator to remove your account,
- or write to privacy@divyavyoma.cloud from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Vidya Vault account” and the name of your school.
We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and its data: your name, email address and sign-in details.
What the school decides
Student records, scanned answer sheets and marks belong to the school, which decides how long they are kept. Students and parents should ask the school to correct or remove them. When a school's agreement ends, the school's data is deleted within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record longer.
